‘Ngayon Lang Kami Nabibigyan ng Chance’: Lance Reblando Leads All-Trans Cast in Cinemalaya 2025’s Warla

Star Magic artist Lance Reblando gets candid about landing her first lead role in the 2025 Cinemalaya full-length entry “Warla,” expressing gratitude for the opportunity to represent the transwomen community on the big screen.

Directed and written by Kevin Alambra, the film features an all-trans woman main cast which follows the journey of a group of trans women who kidnap foreigners to fund their gender-affirming surgeries.

The annual independent film festival is scheduled to take place from October 3 to 12, 2025.
